Are we a bit fastidiously?
Want we total support, on every buck for something we paid for?
And yes, we have the right to require this.
But CWA got and have problems, I'm afraid so.
Today, you have to say that you have a product of a small company, wich had once a great idea from musicans to musicans.
You can´t await a support like other firms have, unfortunately.
Things went wrong in the past.
As a long time user of their product, I will recommend whomever to a CWA product it´s based on a great idea that is simply awesome.
Calm down! My Pulsar card opens a totally free and satisfied world for me and when CWA will die, I will work with it nevertheless, because it works.

Hello there,
I understand that you are upset because you payed much for your scope, and you now must tweak it to make it work.
I understand you because I had many problems with my system (good strong system pIV intel 3.0 ghz , asus p4c800e deluxe,1 gb ram,and creamware LUNA),but now it's running.
And yes,I was like you in doubt of cw quality.
But I must say this - cw is not easy to learn when you switch from SBLIVE or something, but once you understand it,it is great system that is years in front of any other.Yesterday I had chance to see&hear cw power.I don't know much about routing in cw,I am a musician, not computer guy,but I will have to learn it.Yesterday I was in local studio and guys there have cw pulsar and luna. And WOW ... sound that I heard is AMAZING!!!!!!So,today I will try and get some help on this forum, because now I understand that everything that I was upset about - is MY fault, not CW.
And one more thing I must say.I am from Serbia and Montenegro, and purchasing cw luna and good computer WAS big expense for me.But,PLANETZ and guys from this forum ALWAYS helped me out,so I recommend to Creamware to give more promotion to this forum. Thanks to planetz,my cw experience is better and easier. Thanks guys, this forum should be official creamware forum, because I learned more from here than from every tutorial-support-book from cw.
So,take a chance and LEARN what you can do with your system. If you reject it now because you don't understand it...that's not right thing to do.Learn to use it,and then if you are still unsatisfied, then sell it and find system that is suitable for your needs.
Best regards

As far as I know, from the bit of skimming I did on other audio-related forums, setting up a tight, stable and optimized PC-based DAW is going to be a hassle, wether you are using Creamware cards or not. Pretty much all other cards I've seen are prone to similar IRQ-sharing glitches stuff (doesn't happen to everyone, of course, on CW hardware and non-CW hardware.) I've seen countless people with M-Audio cards showing me their setup, and me trying not to laugh when they have to reload projects 3-4-5 times in their sequencer and fighting with random intermitent glitches.
Obviously, with CW hardware being a lot more complex than a standard "dummy" audio interface/card, it might take a bit more fidgeting, but to say that the rest of the audio hardware is free of problems is completely bogus. This is something you *should* except when doing computer-based audio and music, it *WILL* get techy, whatever you do and whatever you use.
