Yes I did!
I downloaded the newest ones from ATI's site, and so far they've been working flawlessly!

Yes, Amits; Scope Fusion Platform includes drivers and software for CW boards.
I did'nt have this problem using driver and software from Luna CD (version 3.1c); I got NOT LESS OR EQUAL after the upgrade to the 4.0 version of driver and software. I downloaded it from Creamware web site.

Without being certain of anything related to this frustrating problem, I do have a vague theory:
I think that this problem may occur if SFP is installed AFTER installing the graphics card driver. From what I have seen on the forum, it seems as people are experiencing this problem after upgrading to SFP4.0 or after a clean install.
Try deleting any traces of the graphics driver, and reinstall it!
Just my $0.02

Thank you, Thomas.
I'm going to download the driver for my Radeon; though the same problem seems to have so few common points... and so much facets...

I've found this surfing the web just now
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/docu ... p_ottj.asp
It so strange. A week ago, when I searched the web for related info, it looked like very few pages found; and I did'nt see this.
Now google is full of NOT LESS OR EQUAL!?

I have disabled all the features in the bios and still the blue screen appeared. next step is to try reinstalling windows.... and installing luna before anything else..
what else can I try?

Did you try to remove both driver and phisically agp card, and put it back again? A less than perfect contact, some dirt, or a not perfectly aligned mobo can bring this error. It happened to me. Incorrect operation of agp card affects all the system badly.

Hmmm..... It's an onboard card... and it's a new motherboard so I assume it's not that..

I've installed SFP 3.1 and related driver yesterday. No blue screen yet (on my PC the problem come out occasionally).
Try the paradox: download and install Scope 4.0.

Does anyone is of the opinion that RAM 1GB could be also usefull for this?

I realize that can replicate this error message on my system if I set Sonar to MME 32bit and hit record. System crash with the same error .If I go back ASIO all works fine.

I had this problem on my laptop.. I eventually reinstalled windows, which has stopped it happening so often , but not completely. Used to happen all the time, in whatever program i was running, now just happens some times if i try to do something on the network while the laptop is running a lot of tracks in logic.. but i know that running a background process is dangerous when you're doing music apps, so I'm always wary when doing this....
All i can say is good luck.. one thing for sure is that I learnt a lot more about windows and irqs while trying to solve this problem

@mrbiscuit: sounds like an irq sharing problem. your cwa card probably shares an irq with your network card.
@cochise: more ram is not changing the problem i guess, but it's useful anyway

I've uninstalled graphic card and CW drivers and then reinstalled Scope 4.0 and ATI driver(lastly).
Since a week I've no more blue screens!
Thank you all very much.

Not less or equal is still here.
Taday the blue screen has broken the windows 2000 boot up sequence once again in my machine.
It's a strange thing that when I install 3.1 Scope version all seems to be OK, cause the drivers file are the same in the two versions; at least the files have same dimension and date...
Does trying to run CW software in Windows XP could be a good idea?
