Strange summer! Sorry to hear about your woes Frank.
Quick question, in case you're still hanging out here: will the ZPlane Z.Matrix be back in the shop at some point? I'm considering buying it but am not even sure how much it costs...

P.S. If it's any consolation, I had a similar incident in my apartment a year ago. A roommate (no really, it wasn't me!) poured liquid dishwashing soap into the dishwasher... Half the apartment was a foam party.
Fortunately, though, nothing but the carpets were damaged.

may the recovery be complete. as big of a hurry as the whole world's in, the job has to be done right, hopefully with no data loss.
glad you guys are tough in germany, thanks for not giving up, may rewards be on the way, and i'm sure it'll be fixed soon.

Just a side note for you guys -
The temporary shop is running fine. I ordered my Profit5 plugin and received my OXE file from Ralf the very next day.
