i am using SFP 4.5
my problem is however that the device surface was loaded under some other windows (I have sample setting and scope setting always open) and i didnt saw it!!

it is almost out of the screen, but it is working!

And what about the settings of left fx in the presets? Have they been saved in presets in some Scope installation or not?

Seconded!
Is there any way to fix this Alfonso?

If U cannot fix it I think that U must rebuild the entire device because this has happened time ago also to me with TD-1 & LE-1, maybe a SDK bug or a confusion inside preset list.

It still puzzles me why in sdk the bug doesn't exist while in sfp it does...

It is a pity that there is this issue.. I hope I could help you solve this issue, Alfonso, but unfortunately I don't have the knowledge, nor the SDK!
Why don't you ask another developer for his/her help, so that you solve this issue?

alfonso,
Beware of using the Dual/Triple-head Video card? It might cause off screen problem!

I am experiencing the left-slot doesn't save bug too. Using v4.5.
Any news on this?
Also, it seems it is possible to write channel text-field, but this is not saved either.
