i have now 3 different activation keys, but
no one working, all i can get now invalid activation key,
there's no end of bad luck....

let's just wait until they really fix it before wasting more time. It's not like the update is really so important anyway.

I tried it this morning, and no errors , but never the less... No email arrived. Then i changed it to a different adress. Then i got the error again. Hoping they solve this problem soon!

I talked to CW and was told that this problem where caused by server overload. He said they are fixing the problem. The bad news are he told me to try again tomorrow night..... And I was just buying Prodyssey!!

This is what I get all the time trying to download my Prodyssey.... No statement is given at the CW site about this server problem. I have been trying to generate d/l pavkage for the last 24 hours. I'm wondering if they are trying to fix this or not....

Keep getting "An error occured while sending your keys! Plaese contact our support. Sorry..."
Do we have to do this while the company is open? I mean I tried to get the activation keys during daytime in Chicago but in Berlin I suppose it's still night.
Why can't we get Six String 1/2 off? I want it badly?

Everything is just a question of time. Sooner or later everybody will get there beloved keys. Try to be a little bit passioned and just be glad, that F.Hund and his team still continue with there work. Just imaging the situation, that there is no creamware anymore
... by the way,... I'm still waiting for my keys, too

I received my email this morning. In it was a activation key for the scope 4.0. After installing i noticed that noting has changed.
No STS4000 , no master verb plugin or anything of the plugins they sad you would get in this new version. I downloaded my key file from the normal spot,after activation. Does anybody know what i did wrong. I got a powerpulsar so i should get the professional package....The only extra key in my file was the one for 4.0 scope....

It looks like you missed all the things written here in the last few days
There is even a statement on the CWA dl page that the only benefit existing users get is the new version of software. Nothing more. Oh, sorry, also the ability to buy a CW branded plugin from the CWA shop.
