I don't see probs with the girls, the control room even seems eqipped with something like a bed in the back
hehehe.. yes. that's a sofa/bed ... heheh.. may be girls will come but when they see a bed in there they'll just run scared.....

I checked the dimmers.. I asked them non RFI kind ( non Radio Frecuency Interference).., they've been doing a good job so far.

Jacuzzi!!.. GOOD IDEA!!.. may be that way I can convince the girls to stay and relax!!..

now I see you really did a great job S4E, and you thought you could build that in 12 weeks??
I hope you'll get so much clients you won't have time for girls
Hmm, isn't Costa Teca a nice name for your studio?

Thanks Hubrid!.. well.. actually that is a very interesting name.., but it's allready named as LDS (no.. not that old 70's substance heheh ). That's the comercial name of course.

Thanks for the good wishes man!!.. I just want to make a living out of it, and date a little bit more girls .

This is a dream that has come true! Beautiful clean ambience, it seems to be quite big as well, for all the needs of an entire group. You can easily locate a little drum room, too.

I also liked the wood, it has a very nice look and it is always worm to walk on wood. I can imagine it has also something to do with the sound we can get at this place, when recording through microphones.

Nothing like a personal place you can be for hours without having to worry about anything, just composing and doing as much loud noise as you possible can… I love it!

Congratulations for your efforts, I hope you get lots of things done through it! Good luck!
