"Solder". Hmmm. Strange tools and hot metally stuff ?

Went out and just bought a new amp today. Plugged it into the same power socket using the same cables and it's *absolutely silent*.

Money may be the root of all evil but it can sure be a quick way to solve a problem.

I'll book my other two amps into hospital, but if they're too ill then ...

( Usually I give all my old appliances to charity - fridges, TVs etc, but I wonder if anyone would want an amp ? )

of course!(especially since it should be an easy fix)

Some of Moby's old gear is used for music therapy somewhere in USA.
