Creamware User Setups
Been building this setup for a while now and it's gone through a lot of changes over the past couple of years but here's how it stands.
Athlon 2200XP
Asus A7N8X Deluxe Mobo
1Gb Ram
NVidia FX5200(Crap but gives me the 2 display outputs I need for...)
...2x 19" Monitors
Creamware Pulsar II (Classic i/o)
2x Creamware Powersampler
Creamware adat z/link i/o expansion
Luna 2496 z-link i/o box
Sync Plate
Creamware Mix & Master Pack
Creamware Noah EX Final Edition
...and that's it for the Creamware stuff (for now). I plan on getting another adat expansion for the other powersampler giving a total of 92 i/o's. Another 2496 i/o box and an a16 ultra would fill the z-link ports while on the adat front I have:
2x Yamaha 01V's each with adat option
Emu E5000 Ultra (16 adat outputs)
Then there's the Noah
and a Fostex VC-8
...so I really need to get that adat interface.
Filling the 54 analog inputs I've got (in alphabetical order):
Akai S5000 (256mb)
Clavia Nord Modular KB (expanded)
Creamware Noah EX
2x EDP Wasp
Elektron Machinedrum
Focusrite Platinum Tone Factory
Novation KS4
Novation Super Bass Station
Oberheim Prommer
Octave CAT
Octave Kitten II
Oxford OSCar
Powertran Transcendent 2000
Roland CR-8000
Roland Juno-60
Roland MC-202
Roland SH-101
Roland TB-303
Roland TR-606
Sequential Circuits Drumtraks
Sequential Circuits Pro-One (J-Wire)
Simmons SDS9 with Original Simmons Zifs
Soundart Chameleon
Rode NT1-A
Waldorf Pulse
Waldorf Rack Attack
and a few other bits and pieces including:
Edirol UM-2
Edirol UM-880
Kenton Control Freak SE
Philip Rees MCV
Philip Rees V10
Rane Mojo MH 4 Headphone Amp
Tannoy Reveal Actives
2x Ultrasone HFI-2000 Headphones
...and that's the lot. I've got another 2 PC's. One for midi sequencing (I also use the CW system for this but the UM-880 can be switched between the 2 at the touch of a button) and the other pc is for the Internet (which is soon to be moved into the adjacent room to cut down noise levels.)
Picture to follow...

I thought the oldest entries (from 2001, 2002) would make me laugh (I mean the computer specs) but as I can see they are maybe slow to todays demand but chosen very carefuly and each component seems to be a top one.
Ok here's my computer specs and I decided to show the progress writing down my entry-Luna2 machine and my newest baby.
2001
Apple Mac G4/400 (AGP graphics, "Sawtooth")
ATI Rage Pro 128 16MB
256MB SDRAM 100MHz
10GB 7200 IBM HDD
Philips 17" 105S CRT monitor (1024x768x32)
MacOS 9.04
QuickTime 4.1
Luna 2 with Luna 2.52 software (12ms ULLI @ 44100kHz)
OMS 2.3.7
Cubase VST Score 4.1r2
ProTools Free 5.01
Freeware VST and VSTi (lots of)
Yamaha A3000 v2 sampler with 66MB RAM and 8GB IBM SCSI HDD
Korg EA1 synth;
Evolution MK-4902 4 octave MIDI keyboard controller
Sennheiser HD 570 phones
2005
Apple Mac G4/400 (AGP graphics, "Sawtooth") upgraded with Sonnet Encore/ST 1400MHz L3 cache 2MB card
ATI Radeon 8500 64MB
1.25GB MB SDRAM 100MHz
120GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 8MB cache HDD + 80GB Seagate Barracuda 2MB cache
Acer 1715 17" TFT monitor (1280x1024x32)
MacOS 9.22
QuickTime 6.0.3
Pulsar2 + Luna2 on Scope 4 software (3ms ULLI @ 44100kHz)
Ambient, DarkStar, OrionCustom by Zarg, BassmanIII by Celmo, Optimaster
OMS 2.3.8
Logic Audio BigBox 6.3.1 (incl. EXSP24 + EVP73 + ES1)
Absynth2
ProTools Free 5.01
Freeware VST and VSTi (lots of)
Yamaha A3000 v2 sampler with 66MB RAM and 8GB IBM SCSI HDD
Evolution MK-225C controller keyboard
Sennheiser HD 570 phones
As this is my hobby set (well, sometimes I earn money on it but it's only sometimes) I have no dedicated amplifier and speakers. And this is Philips FA761 amplifier and JVC very plain speakers but with a good low frequencies (I take my mixes to my work to listen to them on pro speakers (at least 6 different sets)

Hi!
I love the cheap and good way:
My 3 3sharc cards(Elektra,Luna,Powersampler, I love them) run on:
MSI 865PE Neo-2V (36 € 2nd hand on Ebay)
1024 MB (Elixir/VT Ram CL 2,5 80€)
1,7 Mobile Celeron@2,60 (Modded by breaking one Voltage ID Pin 40€?!?)
Aerocool HT-101 3heatpipe CopperCooling with duct direct out.
HIS Ati Radeon 9600 80€(good Picture Quality, silent passive cooling, good overclocking(nearly 9600pro)for gaming)
LC-Power 350 watts Power Supply 12" fan 25€ (not too silent but really okay for that price)
15" Acer, 21"Targa Monitors (There are better ones...)
