I have the new activation keys, but it says: "Keyfile for SFP 3.1 Installation".
I can use them to install SFP 4.0. They're not the same activation keys as the keys I had before, so they're new.

So why does it say "Keyfile for SFP 3.1 Installation" then?

I pressed the submit querie button on "my page" 8 days ago and have not recieved an email from creamware with my scope 4 activation code. I also sent an email to the webmaster asking him to email the code to me on that same day. but still nothing.

When i go to the "get scope 4" part of "my page", it says already ordered in the status column.

Has anyone else waited this long for their activation code or am i doing something wrong?

Cheers

Sam

sambo, i had the same problem. turns out my email host was filtering out creamware's email as "spam" (probably because the email came from "creamware shop" or some such.) i tried getting the keys sent to a different email address, and it worked fine.

I'm not even going to try for a few more weeks. I would rather make music than worry and get angry.

I added cwaudio to the White List of my ISP, so it shouldn't get filtered anymore for any user. Check if your ISP has such an option, and help fellow ISP clients
