Seems i'm the only one thinking of getting Vectron - do people not like it or something? i'd really like to create some more presets for Vectron Player users.

Yup I went for Vectron too. After the hearing the great presets created for the vectron player I knew I would love the Vectron

I'm amazed not many people like it.

I'm kinda tempted by Vectron myself.

Can't say I'm blown away by the Vectron Player presets, but it looks like such a powerful synth.

Well, it's either that, Minimax or Vinco...

what a pleasant choice to have to make

It was a tough choice for me too. It would be nice to get the sts5000 for the pitch control and some of the synths but I ended up getting the mixer pack 2 and optimaster which means I now have all of the Mix'n'Master pack now. I would use these devices more that the others anyway.

what happened to the ProTone? or is that excluded from the 50%?

I reckon i might get the vectron, or maybe just the modular III.

Still in doubt whether it will be the STS5000, or maybe I'll spend 200something Euro on the Logic upgrade to 6.?.? and still run it on my pc as 5.51, but with the additional Logic instruments, incl EXS24mkII.

I just bought the Mod III for just 49 EUR. But, to my big surprise the Modular files are not included in the SFP 4.0 package!

Try reading, what CWA writes on their homepage (the same page as you got v4 from). It cuts down on the surprices.

What CW says on the web page is that owners of Modular should download the UPDATES, which I interpret as an optional step for users. It does not say that the Modular is OMITTED from the SFP package.

I am hours away from the fast connections at work and not able to download the MODULAR now that I have paid for it. That is what annoys me!

Understandable, but it has never been different unless one got the Modular on CD.

But to ease your pain: how about downloading a couple of promising Mod3 devices here from the planetZ file section

just take care that it doesn't require Flexor, in case you haven't (yet?)got that...
Your installation already contains everything to modify as you like, you just don't have to setup the basic device

cheers, Tom

Did anyone get the chance to get more than one 50% offer? I got the ModIII first, but as I registered each card I got 3 offers for half price stuff, for three cards.
I couldn't afford and didn't really need anything else but thanx anyway CWA

Yeah I have 3 cards and the shop goes into 50%-off mode when I re-enter an authorization code. I bought the Prodyssey which is very sexy sounding.. I'm suffering from 'too many keys syndrome': there's not much more I need! I wish the ProTone was in the shop, as CW would then have more of my money..

I bought Interpole,

I already have the Mix n Master & Synth n Samplers, and had purchased Pro One, Prodessey and Flexor. It was a toss up between B2003 and Interpole, though I really wanted Six String but it was not part of the deal, so I figured 49EUR for interpole, how could I go wrong

So far it sounds pretty sweet, except the low levels that come out of it on many patches, I dont understand whats causing this but some patches sound fine and other sound lacking in punch and volume.

I did run it through LL2 whith a rhodes patch and wow! cool device, especially the modulation abilties from outside scource material. Whats cool was that I was seriously contemplating a purchase of TC's Filtroid for the Powercore which is $249.00 USD, then saw the interpole at such a reduced price, 1st CWA cuts all the shops prices in half, then offers a 50% one time purchase, good stuff, saves me about 200 bucks

Only difference it seems from interpole to filtroid is that filtroid syncs LFOs to the clock simply due its VST nature where Interpole has to be set via BPM since it seems any clocking features I have tested so far for CW stuff sounds like err. umm... well ya know

Cheers!
