Won't solve all your PCI Bus problems, but a program called MemoryEnable.zip will perform all the memory tweaks available on WPCREDIT automatically. Saves a lot of time and effort, especially if WPRESET makes your system unstable. Boosted the Sisoft Sandra memory performance numbers by about 25-30% on my shitty Biostar M7MKE(kx133). Info can be found in the articles section of viahardware.com, but you will have to search the web for the file as the link there is dead. Hope this helps.
