I'm plugging his shop without any added benefit to me (I get nothing by sharing this info with you). However, in 2019 I purchased an OLED mod for my KB unit from SNAFU's shop on reverb.com but had not installed it yet because I leave my gear on most of the time and didn't want burn-in. I wanted to wait until I was ready to start working again.


So I gave my Virus KB a display upgrade this weekend, previously I had it reconditioned last year with only 1 cap needing replacement, and a new PSU internally matching original spec.

Needless to say, it looks great:

I also am going to grab the offerings he has my for MOTU MidiTimepiece AV and his JD-800 mod over the next few months. The JD-800 one has several color options, I think I prefer this one:

forgot to mention earlier, this is all the new stuff. A few things have already arrived, tbe Octatrack display for example, all the new Roland and emu ones, they'll be arriving soon.
