Hello all, its been some years since i have delved into the scope world, ive had this Pulsar 2 card lying around unsed ever since and now trying to install it on an old winxp machine that i had scope installed on. currently getting the following error and hope the card hasn't gone bad, if so put me out of my misery now!

Someone on this forum fixes Pulsar Cards. Advertised as replacing capacitors but maybe help with your card.

Well I swapped it 3 times now on different pci slot same deal, ive given up at this moment and may consider getting it fixed later. justy going to grab a hardware sampler and deal with it

I had the very same error message and it was the 4 capacitors at the voltage regulator at the bottom of the board.
They are located near (and likely connected to) the 2 SRAM chips, so the message makes sense.

I’ve now tried this in the original dp35dp motherboard albeit with win10 and have yet to get it to this point, I’ve made a separate post as well.

Ah, that is useful information. If the device shows up but the driver fails to bind to it, it might be the driver is too old (defer to garyb again for that). But if the card is damaged, that makes perfect sense.
