Apple doesn't want to accept the European laws of garantee.
Europe requests the normal 2 year, Apple refuses and keeps selling with a one year garantee.
That's only the most recent conflict between them, European Comitee doesn't hesitate to get Apple to the judge to force it to EU laws.
It did cost Apple already hundreds of millions of dollars penalty.

I couldn’t agree more Gary! :) This is real logical thought and not just repeating what others have said like parrots. Your statement could be the foundation for a long term study in social science.

And I will add:
Let us screw all social paradigms, from left and right! :x

Let us screw all political paradigms too, from communism and up to rigid capitalism! :x

Let us screw all religious paradigms, from dogmatisms up to dictatorships, and all the preachers that want to brainwash your real spiritual natural first instinct of life! :x

Let us screw all tendencies that want you to be a follower with a mind bleached with ideas that you have never wanted to have in the first place! :x

Let us screw all kind of dictatorship to our minds and hearts, all of them together! :x

Let us screw all those participants of blindness that want you to be a blind thoughtless person too, WILLING FOR YOU NOT TO THINK DISCOVER AND UNDERSTAND LIFE FOR YOURSELF! If you, followers of emptiness, don’t want to think by yourselves DON’T, it’s your choice! But don’t try to bring everybody with you! My absolute 100% rejection to your tyranny, you will not touch my mind not even killing me! :x

Let out of our scope of life this decrepit, empty, ridiculous, unintelligent acceptance of everything because it comes from a TV set, a radio-station, or a well prepared speech from one of the criminals this followers seem to respect with such a mindless love! :x

Let rotate our head to a different world were people’s souls are the important thing, and not what they have or the status quo they stand in society! Let put down our interests, egoism and disgusting pride of being a powerful one of this sad earth, and get back to the beginning of everything! :x

Let us screw our old and withered, wasted state of today society for a society with spirit and natural unlearned values, the values that come from natural consciousness… :D

a 2year guarantee seems pretty long for a computer, but it's never bad to protect people who spend a bunch of money.

that's pretty cool, but i'm wary of natural and unlearned values. some are pretty selfish...everything has it's proper place.... :)

natural unlearned values?
Like Gary said, there are two halves on that...
It's what especially dictators like to refer to, to make desperate people believe only a one half.

The strange thing is, you don't seem to realize the load of some words or some word combinations.
Ok, Chile is not Europe with it's recent history, but the US or Canada etc. are it either.

Besides, you can't look at sociological phenomenons with psychological approaches.
If one's state of deprivation possibly depends on sociological characteristics like social class, relegion or skin collar you can preach what you want.

I could say a lot about the relationship between one's ideas and his social 'class', but I won't, it doesn't make sense.
Nothing personaI, but I noticed already before you don't (wanne) see a reality above individual level, which is your good right.

I must say I store my calls to humanity for Christmas time.
Time to think over my sins and prepare a new start at New Year's Eve, things like that.

Hm, if you'd change all those :x :x for :) :), you're proclamation would look much nicer in case someone is interested.
But other smiley choices could also give nice results.

When I refer to “unlearned values” Gary, I specify that they are “the values that come from natural consciousness”. The keyword here is “consciousness”. Nothing coming from consciousness is bad or selfish; it is the best of the best within every human being. Consciousness cannot, by its own nature, be learned, because consciousness is the capacity of being aware, and being aware is not something learnable, it comes with us through the deepest cosmic mystery of existence itself :o

The most important value coming from consciousness is LOVE, and love is in the opposite side of selfishness, it is giving, forgiving, understanding, protecting, etc.

Using this :x instate of this :) , is exactly what I want when facing up the terror-mongers of this world :x ! it is the correct position to be and stand. And if we really want this :) , we should start by respecting people at the first place  , because you can write as many of these as you want :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) , but if your ways are not in accordance, they worth nothing, on the contrary, they become the signature of hypocrisy

Consciousness: evolutionary this is the ultimate difference between animals and humans (not speech btw).
So, we can be conscious, true, about what?
good ánd bad that is, the world proves.

The rest of your theory is really nonsense, quasi psychological new age stuff on rampage level, sorry to say that, and nothing personal.
You do like honesty as a central and unlearned value, isn't it?

However, if you feel that your pray is serious business instead of moving poetry, it could work for you, as a guidance for life, why not?
It looks all peaceful, so you have my confidence.

If only I'm not supposed to follow you :x
(notice the recently popular smiley).

Yet sometimes it looks so, at the surface, that everyone should wake up, get conscious and preferably follow you, but...I know you want us not to be a follower.
It got that knotted in my ears, it's a perfect advice.

Isn't that wonderful:
You don't want me to be a follower, and I don't wanne follow you.
We even do agree to agree :-)

A computer is just another industrial product for the consumer market.
They take the expectation of the consumer as a reference, like for washing machines or a bred toaster.
If you buy a product you expect it to work for at least 2 years.
No exception for Apple products of course.
It crosses with Apple's expensive optional AppleCare policy tho, which is part of it's earnings model.

Btw, Holland saw this today in our national newsshow.
The new scene decoration on the background interfere's remarkably with her face:

well, it couldn't happen to a nicer person. the managers are always so pleasant. :) of course, it's not a manager's job to be nice. it's a manager's job to keep productivity up for whatever task the home office deems important.

Holding up progress huh...one person's progress is another's loss I suppose in the vernacular of social darwinism.

What I find interesting though is that she's developing a nice set of jowls like the rest of the well-fed leadership in our nation. A true sign of her joining in the 'alpha male' status quo if there ever was one...

Now we are really close to the big disasters this thread talks about, it is so obvious by now, it is so easy to make the connections to the mayor things going on in the world politically, military, socially and economically speaking. Things that demonstrates clearly the imminent crumbling down of Europe and USA economy, and the beginning of a third world war that is just around the corner. Nevertheless, most people in the streets don’t have a clue of it or perhaps, in some cases, “don’t want to see” what we will be facing up in the following months, they don’t seem to believe what their eyes are seen… yes…, we are so busy with our Smartphone, don’t we?, the internet, downloading like crazy all sort of stuff like movies, music, games, applications, porn, etc., through one of the premium packages offered everywhere. We keep watching delicious funny TV shows that distract us from reality, all these things gets you away and sleeps your capacity for contemplation and awareness. Believe it or not, society meltdown is coming upon us. Believes don't shape the world, what shapes the world is what people do! And what we are doing is destroying it! Mortages, long term inversions and resting quiet upon your money right now, it is a suicide.

Worst of it, when somebody like me brings these ideas to the light as a real possibility the many react against you as if you were the enemy, when you are in fact helping out through a warning that could be used to better go through the upcoming difficulties. This proves how well programmed people are in their minds by the authorities that rule their minds; they cannot longer distinguish between good and evil, they see those voices warning us as dangerous criminals, when the criminals are those in power sleeping your awareness so you don’t realise anything at all, yea, until they stumble upon your head with a gun and you have not a chance to react or defend yourself but surrender to the hardship!

Yea…, I know, the same folks of always are going to react immediately and rant against, discharge their anger in their deeply asleep systematic mechanical way, in denial of reality in fact, then they will justify their insults talking about their supposed geniality and their “super-knowledgeable-mega-educated-well-prepared-no-comparable-to-any-thing-wisdom” of nothingness, as they have always unsurprisingly done with a few rhetoric words ornamented with a very poor logic that don’t stand any serious analysis, that once and over and over and over again HAVE NOT matched reality. My ideas so far and by the way, have been pretty much accurate as most things I said could eventually happen, ARE ACTUALLY HAPPENING. But of course, none of these realities are going to be recognized and no mistake is going to be acknowledged either; no one is going to say “sorry”, but this is all cool for me, I don’t expect respect from people that don’t respect themselves in the first place. Said it in other words: If you send an arrow to a target that does not exist, the arrow will simply get lost in the air. Those who see me as an enemy did not understand my intention, which is why they react.

To those who understand the terrible moment of mankind we are approaching, please, keep close to each other and plan for the future.

This is much more like it, one real one between the many false ones:

http://www.presstv.ir/detail/250467.html

It's going to be a false flag, but I bet many people will die on it just to justify the beginning fo the war, just as they did with 9-11, exactly the same shame, that is why they are getting ready all these unnecesary protection:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/2012/ju ... s-olympics

They say this is aimed at preventing Iran from closing the strategic Strait of Hormuz in the event of a crisis, I believe it is to surround Iran rather to say:

Thats your cognitive bias doing the hard work for you. Dont worry, it does the same for me and everyone else, only some people show more cognitive dissonance than others.

What I find a little bit disturbing (but not suprising, it's in the core of the conspiracy theorists) is the Messiah-like position you take on these issues (hence my Hallelujah earlier), and how you claim the other members of this forum of being brainwashed not to see the truth you have "discovered". I actually find the last part quite unfitting.

Best Regards,
another not-offended brainwashed stupid willingly blind self-proclaimed know it all forum member.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

yes, stay close together, preferably under the staircase at home or the table at your job.
And indeed, plan for the future, remember to buy canned food and a lot of beer and wine.

Not sure about other folks here but all through the '60s we were forced in schools to do Nuclear Missile attack drills where we were to get under our desks, and it scared the crap out of me as a kid, but after so many years of hearing about our certain deaths we started making fun of things to the pooint where the school districts, at least at ground Zero in St.Louis ( McDonnel-Douglas, Raytheon, General Dynamics and Monsanto ) as it was a major military installation target.
I think we or the Russians have no desire to use any such weapons, but on the other hand I understand how Brotha Man Nestor fears the freakshow in Iran that bows to the guys in Robes and Towels.......I really feel sorry for their people more than us. A once great ancient civilization forced into some ancient beliefs from a book that was written by a messenger of " God." That fact is scarry.

Just returned from Nasville and Kentucky where the different messengers of God are trying to eliminate the sales and distribution of alchohol in restaraunts, and Liquor stores and their preacher is leading the march as if he is running for office and sponsored by the Lord.

In this day and age that is also pretty scarry but these people are peaceful and do practice what they preach, but the Iranian Mullahs are plain old control freaks gambling with their citizens lives in the name of a God that left them 1300 years ago to re populate another Planet
in some distant constellation.

You know these dirtbags have some serious BO too from all of the excess garb, so I feel sorry for the little boys and girls they have sex with...

Of course, and who would deny the risk which Iran is for the region or even ferther on the globe?
If it only stayed with expressing that fear...

The problem with our news internet reporter is nicely explained bij Next to Nothing:
quote NtN:

You do now understand the Hallelujah, sir Nestor Doom?
I got it immediately when I read that post...and I bet the rest of Planetz also.
Prophets, priests, sect leaders...they all like Hallelujahing
