4.5/5.0 projects interchangable?

Just curious if anyone has tried this - are projects created or edited in V5 backwards compatible with 4.5?

I have a fear about going too far in a new direction with an RC release. I haven't had time to experiment too much yet but I didn't want to dig too deep of a hole.

I don't see why not - although I haven't tried going backwards.

I've loaded several older projects (even going back to 3.1) with no problems - as long as there's keys, etc.

PsyQ and OptiMaster both loaded as well as all the mixers. I haven't seen any strange behavior with presets (yet).

Thanks. I'm curious to see what Samp V11 holds for us users. I've been trying to make a final decision about Sonar vs Samp for a while now. I don't necessarily want to keep maintaining two different DAWs when I really only need one. I think Sonar 8 will be the last upgrade I purchase. Samp seems to run much better on my system. Smoother. Less glitchy.

Well we're beating up V11 pretty good. Gotta at least be sure it's stable
Lots of expanded tracking/editing features and a GUI refresh as well as some plugin toys tossed in for good measure (to keep 'the kids' happy).
