Scope's All Around Support

Post by dawman »

Well one thing's certain.

The support for Scope devices from Soniccore and it's 3rd party developers is the absolute best anywhere.

I am quite lame w/o having GaryB around, but I re-installed everything on my 1 x card DAW and added a new VSTi, and a new SpaceF device early Friday.
Got my keys immediately, and went to work on things.....I fucked up everything.
Missing DSP files, registration files, activation keys....you name it.
I could fuck up a steel ball sometimes, very pathetic. :(

So at 9:30PM I had to get ProWave working for the job which started at 11:00pm.
SpaceF and Bowen responded immediately w/ missing files and registrations.
When I woke up a while ago all of my emails I sent late at night had everything else I needed replaced.
That is just amazing that I still pulled off the gig in spite of self inflicting wounds, and have such fast overseas response times.
Ralf must be sleeping at SC headquarters or something.

I never have had such fast support in my life before. My XWife can't get around to buying my sons clothes at the store that quick, even after I hand her a wad of cash !!!........
Thank God she's a great mother, and an excellent singer, she can't boil water very well, and if she wasn't so fine, there would be a bounty on her head.

If anyone even thinks SC and developers are asleep at the wheel....I can assure you they are alive and kickin'.
I always thought once Friday night comes around that Europeans close the doors and don't answer their phones.........wrong assumption again Jimbo. These guys swarmed like Locusts to help.

I am in their favor now.

Even Scarbee responded immediately w/ valuable Kontackt tips.

Life Is Grand........

Oh and just in case somebody wants to know, I forgot to mention Celmo.
Every single little detail was sent also.
Every device, etc.

And this from guys supporting 10 year old cards !!........

I expect to hear from Steinberg by the time Messe comes around again. :D

Just kissin'.
Actually my VSTi stuff is fine. I have become an expert at destroing and losing important Scope stuff.

My first contact with Ralf and CW was in May 2005, shortly after purchasing a Pulsar 1 card (brand new sitting around a music shop for 7 years!) - no hesitation in sorting out the keys I needed for Scope 4.0

It was amazing support for an old product long out of production from a company that never got any money out of me.... I was hooked!

Since then I have purchased more cards and plugins - something I would never have done if the Pulsar 1 didn't work out. Maybe one day a Xite-1 too. That's the kind of support that keeps a company in business (just!)

I have to agree.

I had a very bumpy start with the Scope system but it was an ongoing stream of emails between myself and Ralf and one other person who's name I cant remember at the moment that got me through it. That and the VERY active community here at Planet Z.

My first contact with Creamware was with Ali then Wolf then Ralf,...... all were absolutly fantastic.

Theyve always responded to my emails promptly, politely and more importantly accurately and with all the relevant info Ive needed, and before now, at times, which shows they go above and beyond. Nuff respect.

I personally think their support it second to none. A true shining example of how things could, nay, should be
