anyone know how i can get cubase 4 to see past this?, 4 stops while initializing 2x plugin, and this internal error shows up?

My guess is that you are using a dual/cuad core pc??
Disable all cores execpt one, and it will work..

no just a duo core, not quad, the wierdest thing is while cubase 4 is initiallizing, ..the vst 2x searches the whole computer and then it stalls on "sim" and gives me the above error, my brother inlaw thot it was i/0 control comm between cubase and scope,

well, what do you know , its cubase 4, floops 8 is ok, whats wrong with those steinbergers!
