I remember Squirrel Parade, Sizzle Delays, Slice'nDice, Rye, Stutterer, Cyclotron, and not to forget Dr Dop.
Often the results are weird, but if you find an application forit they are great.

Pluggo is not free. You are able to install the runtime and some free plug-ins may benefit from it.
