Error 23

Does anyone know what Hardware error 23 refers to? Also is there a list of the error messages for troubleshooting your card? Thanks

I got this error message a couple of times when i was loading SFP 4.0 it happens right after i reinstall the software. It says hardware version 23 detected and that i need to reinstall the software. I was just curious to what would cause this it is not a constant problem
