I don't know have Cubase's bus system works, but if works like Sonar, make all your audio tracks have an extra send to a "Master" bus and mute that bus. That way you have "multimode." When you want to switch to "ordinary mode," unmute and solo the bus. Bingo! There you go.

in nuendo or cubase do this for easier work.
go to sends and enable them for all audio channels, set to flat(it is easy to set it flat by pressing Ctrl and left click on the volume line).
choose to send to stereo aout which must be the default asio stereo out.
now all the audio channels will send to your scope mixer in one scopes mixer channel.
mute that channel in order not to listen all together, the mixed channel and the individual channels send from cubase.
for sending individually in different scopes mixer channels set the channel from the audio out setting.
so you have for example an audio channel that sends to scopes mixer channel 7 and at the same time sends to channel 1 or whatever you like. all other audio cubase channels send to different scope channels and all send to the channel 1.
just mute it when you listen to the multi channel, or solo it when you whant to listen to this one, or use it as you wish.
