Great - Thanks a lot!

PulsePad is right up my alley - I just love that sound :)

I have a feeling this beast of a synth has quite a lovely ambient patch potential...

Thanks again to everybody involved in this project!

Hey Jimmy V!

That's kinda the game plan...I was hoping to get a 15 DSP card from someone in the US, upgrading to XITE-1 (possibly w/ SDK, or like you said...even 2) so I can take s stab at contributing here. If I find the right one (s) at the right price...I'll make the move!!!!

Peace & all that other good stuff!!
XITE-1/4LIVE wrote:BrothaRini Joel,

I started w/ a single Project card w/ a mixer for Gigastudio and FX provided by management and a KeyTech years ago. His custom effects and some stock CWare mixers impressed me so much I started using the B2003.
I knew my days w/ management were drawing near so I started replacing hardware effects and synths/B3 w/ more Scope cards.
I only have 2 x SE-1X's and a hardware reverb w/ Rotary Cabinet now.
One can understand my excitement about this as I have a fine replacement for a large hardware touring rig by using 9 x Scope Pro's eventually.
But this set up covered synths, effects, an entire FOH and Monitoring crew, etc.

To really enjoy these great creations you really need another single Pro. But trust me, you will still want more as they are truly addicting.
Just to enjoy high quality mixing and synths you should really get 2 x more Pro's to bolster your Project card.
But that's if you want to record everything in one pass. Just adding another Pro would get you a good start.

I can use 6 voices of Atze which is perfect actually as I usually use 4 or 5 voices, but really enjoy the free running envelopes by having the extra headroom to avoid voice stealing and envelope shut offs.

BTW Roy, this is your finest creation IMO, and to all who were involved....Thanks Again.

Yup, I was right.

I created this small ambient piece "Majestic" in honor of Atze to demonstrate it's ambient potential - Enjoy :)

here's a quick little sketch of Atze, added a little SpaceF synthFX, masterverb and put the whole shabang through SpaceEQ.

Sound is 6 tracks of Atze.

Cool demo NTN,... :D
Many differnt sounds, perfect FX levels, and the ever so slight note bends were perfect.

Well the latest fix from SC seems to have corrected many things with big synths.
I can get 8 voices and more actually but this beast only needs 6 voices.
The Gain on this synth is immense so I run a Limiter on it.
But it works really well in the XITE-1 now.
Now I can start doing some old Roland Z stuff I use to like.....

It's a great synth Roy....

Jimmy.

How much DSP does it take up on the XITE, and would it help, assigning it to a specific chip #?

2 voices on (1) 6 DSP card with next to nothing else loaded...

I've been tripping over this great synth again tonight - I find it really spectacular!

I'd love to see more presets for this beast - Anyone have some lying around?

Not a problem on Win7 32-bit, Scope 5.1, on PCI cards...
