I have two cards in my XP system with MIDI In/Outs on both - apps can see all CreamWare MIDI Ports but none let me select CreamWare MIDI In/Out 2. What's interesting is all the ports do work happily in SFP - with contollers of all sorts etc..., only the native apps are having problems seeing and/or ...
