Re: No Scope PCI MIDI in DAW
So this was a MIDI problem only in the DAW. Scope ASIO has been working fine in Ableton 11 on Win 10/11 without compatibility mode. The issue was both Ableton and Reaper and other Daw's were not recoginizing Scope MIDI and USB MIDI. I have since resolved the issue by doing a Windows System Reset. Al...

Re: No Scope PCI MIDI in DAW
Ok no prob valis thanks for the help today.
I'll try the Win8 compatibility thing again. Still trying to disable anything motherboard related to midi.
Gary is that a PCI thing? I haven't had to do that with the Xite.

Re: No Scope PCI MIDI in DAW
Midi0-OX shows Scope PCI ports! So progress.
I also plugged in my Novation SL USB just to see and the DAWS do not recognize that either.
So something is blocking the MIDI ports in both DAWS.

Re: No Scope PCI MIDI in DAW
Ableton has to be run in compatibility mode for the Scope ASIO as well I believe, and I don't use Reaper so not much help there. Surely you know how to enable midi within Ableton, can you post a screenshot of the midi/controller page just in case? Not true from my experience. I have Ableton running...

Re: No Scope PCI MIDI in DAW
Good suggestion!
Unfortunately still no workey.
Pulling my hair out because I don't recall doing anything to the system, just moved the computer to a different room and the physical midi jacks actually work.

Re: ASIO4all.......except Scope Users!
Well that seems to work and the latency is acceptable. Good old Reaper to save the day.
Seems kind of silly opening a whole DAW just to use another host.
Reminds me of the saying: "Pole Vaulting over a mouse turd"
Thanks for the tip dj

Re: ASIO4all.......except Scope Users!
Well I got it to work with VB-Audio but the latency makes it pretty much useless. nebelfuert: Scope asio crashes the system when I try to load it. It isn't compatible with certain programs. This has been a known problem for a long time but hopefully Scope 8 will fix it. What's puzzling to me is that...

ASIO4all.......except Scope Users!
Can anyone successfully running ASIO4all with Scope tell me what version? (of ASIO4all)
v2.15 and 2.14 don't seem to work.
Windows 10 and 11 64bit.
This is my last attempt to get Gig Performer running again since I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10.

Re: Scope PCI Sync Plates
So to follow up on this thread. I added a T-adapter with a terminator to my Scope equipment and converters. The 2 PCI computers load up a little more stable now. Haven't had any messages or had to reload.......as of yet. I did find out that my Presonus Digimax FS has a self-terminate button so when ...
