Yeah you can do all that.

DSP's are an addiction and I feel it is my duty to inform you of that fact. It is however a rewarding addiction nonetheless....
By the way. The Luna II is much more about being a low cost IO card (with a very high IO count for its price) with advanced mixing capabilities than an effect/plugin card ...

I can't say I know anyone who is doing any serious music work that is not an owner of the software they use. Sure I know heaps of guys that have warez and they have dodgy machines no additional hardware, at best a SB ...
