The A16 Ultra has a small bug, if you don't use the on/off switch it works great. i'm just using the main switch of my rack to turn it on.

After testing for 2 days i can say it runs stable on my Pulsar setup.

After trying to install 5 and 7 in two different programm folders, i cant open 5 after ...

i often use the hpm Lim-Max 2b as last thing in the chain. It's a littlebit like an L2 but nicer.

i am using 3 x Scope II Pci.
i was not on 1151 before.

i have a msi z97 g43 now. (which is not a gaming one i guess)
got it from ebay....

i found a shop where they have those asrock extreme 3 z97 and z87....new

some how i felt better with a used msi...

i was putting together my new system this morning and spend the whole day making music with it.
runs super smooth now.!
the midi sync and note output runs much tighter, no jitter, no droputs on notes even with super short 32th repeats....
i can run the ulli settings lower now. no pops and clicks at ...

didn't i translate well? i found a board.
for me it was a struggle because i don't know that much about hardware components. was scared about something that will not work....

puh what a struggle. i finally placed the order.

interesting that viena ensemble. but i really have more than enough with my hardware synths and scope plugins. enough for making stripped down techno tracker.... :)

I'm using 3 x scope II in a hybrid environment. i record some analog synth and drummachines in to my a16, add some scope synths and fx and then multitrack in ableton via direct outs. after some arrangement in ableton i'm summing on my old tascam desk and some outboard dynamics.

i think the Intel Core i3 4170 it will be. costs about 110€.
sounds like a bang for the buck to me.
or would a quad core make a huge difference to me?

i`m still a little overwhelmed regarding the cpu.
i think it might not be necessary to spend 200+ for the latest i5/i7 cpu.
i have a dual dvi graphic card so i don't need that grapic chip inside the cpu.
or would it be a benefit without ...

can't find one of those z87 z97 with 3 pci in germany. neither used nor new....
i might give that h81-gaming thing a shot since my friend has good experience with it.

Hey i'm about to update my 3 x Pulsar II system with a new mainboard and processor. would be interessted in what components you choose.
i'm working every day with my scope but i don't know s*it about pc configurations and all thaht.
