You can't change the power supply for the ultragain. They have internal switching supplies (at least the ADAT 8200, which is shown in the picture).

Looks like UA Connect runs in 64-Bit Mode. Xite ASIo is only 32-Bit, so Windows will crash, as the Scope driver tries to access a 64-Bit address as 32-bit (i.e. upper 32 bit are set to zero or a random number).

The answer to that is "It depends". DSF's code capture shows the first step in the code call, and changing from a DWORD to a QWORD is easy there. But this code calls additional code which also has to be changed to accept the QWORD that is being passed to it, again not difficult in his example. But ...

if the app attempts to control the soundcard, then yes, a system using the XITE will crash.
