Re: New PC build 2023 Advice Needed
One note. Drivers for Nvidia video cards usually think that there is nothing more important than them in the system and occupy the bus for a longer period. The ASIO buffer does not have time to fill up and the sound starts to wheeze earlier than it could, regardless of the speed of the processor and...

Re: SCOPE V8 Beta!
So there is no CPU load limit anymore with modern day processors? Wow! I guess there really is no need for DSP processors or external gear anymore. :D When XTC was introduced, one plugin could take up half the CPU and offloading was a really big deal even with its cost. Now I don't even know the la...

Re: SCOPE V8 Beta!
... and what are the news? XTC? XTC might have been useful in auld lang syne, hwen we overclocked Celeron 300A to 450MHz FSB and installed a second 64MB stick of memory. This could offload the system by fast bus overload and adding large DAW delays instead of short internal delay. With current proc...

Re: Graphics card tweaks
The main tweak is to replace Nvidia with AMD. Nvidia's drivers think that apart from the video card there is nothing more important in the computer and occupy the bus for a long time. The overall latency of the system increases, the processor does not have time to fill the audio buffer and the compu...

Re: ir loader ?
It was the year 2020. I already made several external devices using the same ADSPs, including an IR player and connect them via ADAT&XLR. Why I can't just write my own atoms using SDK for the same processing? I asked for a USB key for 4 (FOUR!) years ago!

Re: Plugin Latencies
I spent a day to search with zero result. No ideas where I got it
I have .dev and corresponding .sys, it worked on V5.1 32 bit but doesn't on V7 64 bit.

Localized the error: crash appears when Screen Mode = Hide Desktop. Affected only SC plugins, my own or such as dNA or Softube are working.

Re: Avoid Xite Scope crash
Tried reinstall Scope, crashes too. Scope plugins from Effects folder like DelayM, GateS, etc. I don't remember if they worked from start, I changed the computer for Scope 7 64bit (i7-4790K, Z97).

Re: Avoid Xite Scope crash
Scope crashes when adding any Sonic Core Effects like Delay M, Gate S. When add them via any slot like MultiFX they are worked. Scope 7 64, Win 7 64. What is it?
