No matter how "sexy" the marketing, I think you'll get a lot more buyers if the price is right. Here in the UK Pulsar has been reviewed in quite a few magazines now, but walk into a shop and a Pulsar 2 costs about £250  more than in Germany. <font size=-1>[ This Message was edited by:...

Glad to hear CW is reloaded. I would have to agree with Terranova that my worry about a new usb/firewire solution would be that my old CW cards wont function anymore with the new software. IMHO this is what has made CW cards fantastic to own since the Pulsar 1. You could just buy extra cards or SRBs...

Creamware HAVE been taken over!!! That big telescope of theirs has attracted the martians, who are pretty fed up with all these beagles and rovers interrupting their peace and quiet. The martians have taken over, and SP4 will contain martian technology. This all makes total sense, I always suspected...

I can see it now, a TigerSharc Pulsar card which can resuscitate you if you chill out too much playing with the cool synths

What gets me is that CW wont even come out and say that they acknowledge there is a problem and that they are looking into it.

Communication is the key. A shame as CW seemed to be posting on this site again.

This Xmas deal, do you have to get it from the Dealer, or can you buy a card from any dealer and then register for the free packs on the CW site?

I ask because I havent seen any UK dealers with the Xmas deal advertised.

I bought my Pulsar1 when it first came out and about a year later bought another one second hand. To think I almost bought an Korg Oasys instead, I would now be still stuck on win98! The Pulsar1 must be in the running for the most upgraded/continue-to-be-developed soundcard of all time!? What do you...

My main wish would be to be able to load a normal SPF project into Noah to allow me to "take it on the road".

Without that ability I cant see myself ever buying Noah.

Hi Rob, Thanks for the info. I've already gone that route, with a Zalman flower cooler and cutting holes in my case for some fans from quietpc.com. It' just that using CPU idle I get another 10 degrees off the cpu temperature, so if I can get it working with Pulsar it would be great. Cheers, Menno <...

I tried using cpuidle (cpuidle.de) and it gave me lots of errors complaining about the STDM connections between my pulsars not being connected. Of course after pluging my carsd in & out a few times, I finally twigged it was that new cpuidle program i installed! Anyone got any idea why it would d...
