Soniccore could have saved themselves a lot of grief if they had employed a temp to just respond to the emails. If i'd have received an email saying "we're busy, please be patient" I wouldn't have bothered sending any more. But 5 weeks without a response simply encourages ...

Latest Update : still no response from support after 5 weeks and 4 emails, so raised a dispute with paypal. Hopefully that might spur some action.

I don't want any free puggins - I'd just like the ones I've bought to work .

I got my DASQ activation keys pretty quick - but got "Invalid key" for all the DASQ pluggins. It's been 2 weeks and still no reply to my email - guess they must be really busy.
