i still have the serail num 00000 but i can now use my noah and ...

I have by broken noah , and the seller told me that this noah after trying boot os
hangs,

i have flash new os from creamware ftp side and is all fine but the serial num go to 000000 and i can not activate the plugins :(

have some one idea what can i do ?

maybe helps if i flash os from another ...
