HI everybody and Ralf,
i've tested the A16 and it works great.
i've also found my original and approved adaptor still hooked behind one of my racks , now i have a spare one...
so again my apologies !
maybe it would be better to write something on the adaptors, like A16 or CW, or at least write the ...

So finally : the unit was broken and maybe now it works (i'll tell in 1 hour)and as i didn't recognise the power supply wich came ...

the new one sent by creamware and charged 25 eur doesn't fulfill the specs "requested" and i thought the same thing of you about the switch.
the old one was the good one , as i thought.

i can choose polarity and voltage , polarity is set to + and voltage to 12

honestly i really hope it isn't an electricity problem : i bought the place where my studio is and i've paid a lot, lot, lot of money to restructure everything.
All the electricity as been made from scratch, everything is new.
i should experience problems also with the rest of my equipment if it ...

i thought of that :smile: the only cons i have against are :
1)second mac /pc = more noise and at least 300 eur
2) second monitor = , no place for a crt , maybe a 17 tft , at least 300 eur
3)a little more concentration and brain organization, possible lost of instant inspiration ...

3 months ago my a16 ultra suddendly stopped working : it powers on , it syncs as master or slave to my pulsar 2 or rme 9652 via adat, but there was no sound in or out; i've noticed that all the input's leds were light on at - 60db ...

i suppose you're being ironic about rme "sound generators" .....
anyway i've never used a single synth on my pulsarII , personally!!! i think they're crap compared to my analogue arsenal. anyway what i loved about pulsar were it's routing and mixing possibilities and belive me i'm going ...

unfortuantely the same thing is happening here : i'll go for a rme firewire 800 which i'm going to test on thursday.
my pulsar 2 will end into a pc dedicated to the net,winamp and office 2000, what a waste !

we are speaking the same language :smile: only with differnt words
what i mean is that basically i connect asio to analog dest , if i want a mixer a just put it in beteween the 2 modules asio>mixer>analog dest.
With or without a mixer , what i experience is that the audio coming out from ...

asio source (vst master out) -> analog dest (speakers..)
if i want to use more outs from vst( and route them to a pulsar mixer) i open the asio source module and increase the number of sources (4,6...) when i do this the sound from cubase master out changes

my A16 ultra suddendly died and left for Creamware in Germany, so i had to use the "old" anlog dest of my pulsar 2 card and
i have experienced the following problem :
in my project i've loaded the "asio2-16 source 64" module and i've connected it to the "analog dest" and hitted play ...

i agree with a firewire expansion for the A16 ultra , it'll temporarely solve the osx lack for me. !!!!

hi everybody i'd like to say a few things :
As a mac user i really need to have osx drivers in order to upgrade my work quality i.e. upgrade from vst to sx ! and get all the power that my dual 1ghz processor can give. But before creamware releases sfp for osx they really need to be careful about mac ...

I really feel better now !
As a mac user i was really concerned about creamware disappearing. Honestly with all this speculation i thought they'll abandon mac to concentrate at least on pc, and i was really sad imaging my set up without my beloved pulsar II.
My question is : which are the priorities ...
