After installing various version of the Scope software i returned to the Creamware site in the vain hope of finding something that would help. After browsing a couple of pages in Support i noticed a small link in the Updates navigation to Luna II v2.x ...... Which ...

Do you still have the old folder from your previous installation?

Basically what people are telling you is that if you don't see the devices from within Scope AT ALL it is because Scope installs to a different folder than your old Luna software,....

Unfortunately, as Luna will not install on ...

yes. i am aware of the allkeys file..... when i was first told i would have to upgrade... i was also told i needed the allkeys file which i downloaded (bare in mind, this was a couple of years ago now and at the time the allkeys file i dl'd was brand new...the only version ...

Something which i forgot to mention in my original post is that i can view all of the devices that come packaged with Scope but cannot use them as they require ...

This problem is really bugging me......

I am unable to revert to my (working with basic devices) Luna II software as it won't install under Win XP.

Currently, using 3.1 Scope software but have no devices...... not even a basic mixer..... This as you can imagine leaves the card pretty crippled ...
