[Bad Dealer Alert] Electronic Music Box

Purchased a Sonic Core Project card listed as in stock at USD$799 (previous pricing) on EMB website.
After transaction went through, I received an email stating that it was not in stock and that I had to top up to USD$975 due to price increase. After I rejected the new offer, EMB took a couple of ...

Hi, I running Cubase SE on WinXP.

I can't seem to select the above programs of the Factory v1.0 bank using Cubase (even with bank select; maybe I did something wrong). There is no info on this in the Blue Synth manual.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Hi guys,
Just bought a Pulsar 14 DSP card and find that it's too long for my casing (hard disk brackets get in the way.)

Do anyone of you have any recommendations for a casing eg from Lian Li, Antec etc.

Thanks,
jk

Will be getting the Gigabyte K8NS Ultra-939 based on the nFOrce3 Chipset.

Main reasons:
1)Has 5 PCI slots - Powercore, Pulsar II + 14 DSP Card already takes up 3 slots. having 2 slots free leaves room for expansion (might want to get another DSP card).

2)Has 2 serial ports - for JV1010 & Nanosynth ...

Hi all,
I'm setting up a new system and since the above 2 processors are close in price, I would like your opinion on which is more appropriate for running the following simultaneously:

1) Cubase SE
2) Reason 3
3) SCOPE (Pulsar II + 14 DSP card)
4) Powercore + Powercore Virus
5) VSTi - Minimoog V ...

Hi all,

I have installed a new HD on my computer. Otherwise, the system is unchanged (see below). A fresh Win98SE install was done.

However, when it came to install the Pulsar I + II cards, I get the following errors on bootup (ie without running any plugins):
1) "Sorry! A capacity limit of your ...

Hi all,

I have a Pulsar 2 on order and also came across a Pulsar I at a good price.

Does the order of installation make a difference?

Example, should I install the Pulsar I first while waiting for the Pulsar 2 to arrive?

What if I purchase softsyns using the Puslar I serial number? Will I ...
