It's a latency thing. Set the ULLI too low and it goes "snap, cracle, pop" ! Shame really.

How are you connecting Cubase to Pulsar? How many channels? ASIO or ASIO2? 16bit or 24bit?
Are you using the Big Mixer?

My system: ASUS CUSL2-C/Intel 815PE/Intel PIII 850Mhz. Win98(lite. internet stripped out, 92% resources free). Pulsar2 card, Pulsar syncplate, Pulsar3 software. Yamaha DSP Factory + SW1000xg. Cubase5r6.
