didn't knew about the problems of cw. well, actually I think they really do great products. I've got the pulsar for 200 eur and that card is more than a bargain, although it's already 5 or 6 years old! incredible.

however, I just wish they would double check their files (and their weblinks!!). that ...

I have recently purchased a pulsar I card through ebay and I stumbled across the same installation problems, but I finally managed to get scope 4.0 to work. it has obviously nothing to do with you OS version, nor your ram sticks ...
