OK, may I sync manually, and how to do it if it's possible?

how to synchronize seq tempo and pulsar devices tempo, automatically,
like Reason?
For example:
when i change sequencer tempo 120 to 100, arp or synth midi clock changes too

How many days are usually necessary to wait?

Good news. But I basically use vsti like kontakt, hypersonic,trilogy etc and there is no sense for me to buy this upgrade.
