I'm still getting problems with my CD/DVD drives and not being able to access them when Scope is running. I get "Access Denied" when I try to explore in windows with a CD or DVD in either of the drives.

I've had exactly this problem for about a year now where I get "access denied" when exploring a CD/DVD and Scope is running.

The only work around I've found as mentioned earlier is to kill Scope, open a path to the cd rom drive by exploring it and then starting Scope again.

Solved it. If there is an Akai CD in one of your CD ROM Drives they both (if you have 2) become locked from Explorer and any other program that tries to access them. But only if SFP is running.

I took out the CD! Now it works.

I'm using Power DVD and there's only one sound card and I'm pretty sure that's set as default. If the SFP software isn't running at all then I get no sound from any app. It needs SFP loaded to get the windows wave drivers doesn't it?
