OK I found the scopevst.cfg file in C:\Scope\App\Bin
It has a line entry:
ScopeSynth C:\Scope\Devices\Plug-Ins\*.*
So I copied all of my synth DLLs into ScopeSynth C:\Scope\Devices\Plug-Ins\
Unfortunately I still get the same error

Scope synths/FX "could not be loaded" in XTC mode
I am running Cubase 4.1.3 on a new quad core PC.
I installed the Scope card and software first, and then Cubase 4.
Once Cubase was installed, I moved all of the Scope synth and FX *.dll files to a new directory C:\Program Files/Steinberg\Cubase 4\VSTPlugins\Scope|...

Does Scope 4.0 function with Vista 64bit?
I am a Pulsar II user running with Scope 4.0
I am currently upgrading my PC to an Intel Quad-Core Q6600 machine.
Ideally I want to load in 8Gb RAM and run the Vista Basic 64bit OS. I saw the announcement about Scope 5.0 being compatible with Vista but I'm not sure I'm ready to outlay another 200 ...

Latency issues with Cubase 4 after Scope reinstall
I am running Cubase 4.1.2 on PC. I recently had to reinstall Scope 4.0 (see previous thread http://www.planetz.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=24505).
After the reinstall I've noticed a significant latency issue. It was noticeable when I tried to play a VSTi instrument from my MIDI keyboard. I checked ...

Woohoo! After struggling with the registry for a few hours now, I finally found that the workaround suggested by rrkradio on thread http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13222 worked...create in advance the folder where you like to install the software. Pretty lame bug in the installed in my ...

I'm I OK removing Cubase SX if it solves the problem - since at the moment I am dead in the water - but ideally I would keep it on my machine since I use it as a reference point for old Cubase projects after I create a copy of the project and save it as a C4 project. So OK this is maybe the last ...

I recently did some "file maintenance" to clear out my C: drive which was getting full. I must have deleted some files that I shouldn't have - since afterwards whenever I tried to run Cubase 4 it crashed just after the application finished loading.

Problem with tracks using Scope FX on Cubase audio mixdown
I am using the Scope 4.0 platform in XTC mode with Cubase SX 2.2.0. I am using the Scope effects on audio tracks within the Cubase project, and it sounds great.
Once I perform an audio Mixdown to *.mp3 (at 320Kb, 44.1KHz Stereo) any tracks that use the Scope effects sound very distorted (in fact ...
