Are there tools available specifically to do this, or can you do it with one of the big packages like soundforge or cubase even?

For use in house music production. I would like basic building blocks/vocal phrases - oohs aahs scats etc. Stuff that comes in a range of pitches? Also longer phrases if not too cheesy or overused.

I've looked at Spectrasonics Vocal Planet which looks brilliant but way too expensive for me at the ...
