Thanks all.
I'll check all of the hardware is seated correctly and review the HDMI cable interconnect and see if this helps...

Hi all, Hope someone can advise on the following errors I've begun seeing regularly on my Scope environment. System will be running fine and then for no apparent reason I am getting an error stating that there was an issue with copy protection. Scope will then throw some DSP limit errors and ultimat...

Re: XITE-1 A16U via ZLINK & ADAT Problem
Thanks for all of the help.
Appears that one of the A16's has a broken digital I/O. Other one sync's fine on both ADAT and ZLINK.

Simon

Re: XITE-1 A16U via ZLINK & ADAT Problem
Gary,
Thanks.
I was referring to the physical output of light from ADAT out ports. Should these always be 'on' when XITE/A16 units are powered up? If so it just allows me to detect a physical issue with any of the units.
Thanks,
Simon

Re: XITE-1 A16U via ZLINK & ADAT Problem
Thanks for the heads up Guppy.
I'm going to rip it all out of the rack so maybe getting away from other heat sources might have an impact.

Simon

Re: XITE-1 A16U via ZLINK & ADAT Problem
Thanks Gary, That's what I thought - it was all rather simple when I first rigged it up. Should each device always have light emitted from the ADAT out ports at all time? I'm going to rip everything out of the rack tomorrow night so that I can isolate the XITE/A16's and see where I get to. Thanks ag...

Re: XITE-1 A16U via ZLINK & ADAT Problem
Gary, Thanks for the response. Each respective A16 is set to the relevant sync source. i.e. I've pressed the push button until the LED lights up. It's been a while since I looked but I recall (and correct me if I'm wrong) that once the correct source is selected (and a wordclock signal is detected o...

XITE-1 A16U via ZLINK & ADAT Problem
Hi, Hope someone can help with this. I've got an XITE connected to two A16 Ultras; one via Z-Link and one via ADAT. XITE was set as wordclock master and all was generally good. For some reason now I'm having issues with both A16's locking on to XITE-1. Scope is set as master in Samplerate settings @...

Hi all, Gone to fire up the gear today and have a bit of an issue. XITE-1 plus 2 x A16u one via ZLINK and one via lightpipe. XITE-1 is wordclock master and Z-Link connected A16 is fine and sync'd. Re: Dynatube
Ricardo, I can definately recommend the Dynatube bundle for all things guitar related...I tend to use mine with some pedals up front and the Dyna for power amp dirtyness... If you want to hear it take a look here.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIkTPveZah0 Recorded using the Vox emu for both rhythm...

Reading AKAI ZIP/Floppy
Hi all,
Anyone know if it is possible to read the above legacy disks into Scope?
I've got an old S3000 and would like to transfer progs/samples onto the PC and into STS.
Appreciate any advice.
Simon

Hi, I came from Cubase to Reaper and whilst there is a little learning curve it's not hard. I love Reaper now and can't see me changing in the future to be honest...grab hold of the manual and work through it - you'll be up and running in no time.
