I will have to figure out how to upload files,as I have never done that. In response to Immanuel's question,I put all faders in both SX and SFP at 0db.The song had a pretty good mix balance-wise without moving any faders.

The thing is ,not all the edit feilds have that problem. For instance in the channel compressor, all the feilds work except the ratio. What's the point?

I am using a motif-es. I think I found the problem. I switched the midi clock out to off. Thanks very much for your help. I also was curious about the ulli settings. Is it for asio only, or also for midi latency.
