I have a problem with cubase. It does'nt save (or load) each midi tracks individual connections, so that I have to reconnect all the channels each time I start cubase. If you dont know what to do, maybe you could recommend a forum..?

Sometimes when I open the keygroups list, its just empty. Normally it's not empty when I open the list, but suddenly I cant see the list with samples anymore... but I can still hear the samples playing. Is this normal?? sometimes I manage to get the list back on the screen, but I'm not sure how ...

When I want to open a modular 2 module, fx.
C:SFPModular2 ModulesDrumDrum Synth.mdl

- and It doesent matter which one I choose, then I get an error message, something like "an error message from sfp.exe", and sfp has to shut down.
I installed the modular 2 only with copying them to the directory ...

Ýes, I will just use the connection that I have now, with Cubase receiving the midi and sending it to SFP, and theres no reason why I should not... But I was just wondering why this "usb midi receive" feature is'nt built into SFP....But now I at least understand how SFP picks up the signal... tanx !!

Are you sure? I've been looking for it everywhere but I can't seem to find it... I can only find "release ASIO in background", and that I have ticked... but its not that ...

If cubase is running (and there is sound), and I'm (opening) SFP (opening means: I want to check out the mixer and stuff.... It does'nt mean that I'm starting SFP! It's been open before I started cubase...)... ok..... So im opeining the SFP Window, and BAANG!!!.... The sound/music from cubase ...

Yes offcourse I have connected the appropriate source & midi dest modules in SFP. It works fine as long as I'm using Cubase, but I want to understand why SFP cannot retrieve an midi signal without having to route through a sequenser first! Thats strange I think... - Or maybe there are some drivers I ...
