since you can hear the hum, it means that there is more connected than only the pc and the a16. i in my case have the problem, i have to use only one wallwart for all my equipment. as soon as i use two, i have a big hum.

maybe you try it with a real wah like "crybaby" and let it run through a real guitar amp and pic it again with a mic. that should be the best sounding way. i have a boss thing with the above mentioned feature and a "crybaby". i prefer "crybaby", because the range and the type of filters used are ...
