Thanks for the answer. Do you mean I should set the merge output in the master channel on the Cubase mixer. I have looked at the manual and it says I should set the master channel to L merge and R merge, create a new stereo channel and set the input to L merge and R merge.

I have two problems with ...

When using XTC Effect and instruments in Cubase SX1 how do you convert to audio? If I export it just creates a horrible noise. Also how do you create your final mix(Wav File) from Cubase? It would be interesting to see the various methods used.

Thanks

When I start Cubase SX 1.06 I get the following message 'Luna cannot be used in XTC accelerator mode.' The Creamware site says to use the ASIO Scope driver to cure the problem but I'm already using the ASIO Scope driver in Cubase. I have two cards, a Pulsar XTC and a Luna 2. Any clues

Thanks

I installed the B2003 demo. Now it has expired I wish to remove it as its causing Cubase XS to hang on load. Anybody know how?

Thanks

Guess what arrived in the post today from Creamware? Two S/TDM Connectors! They didn’t answer my email but promptly put two connectors in the post free of charge. Thank you Creamware for your superb support on this issue.

Thanks for the info Will. This seems like my only option so I'll give them a try. Good to see the site is back up again.

I had just spoken to DV in Southampton just before the I posted the request. They say there is no longer a UK Distributor and that I would have to wait until a new one is setup which is ongoing I believe.

Seems like there isn’t a UK Distributor for Creamware products any more so I am having trouble sourcing the S/TDM connector. Can any kind person tell me what the connections are for the S/TDM link? Alternatively if anyone has a spare I would buy it off them. Things are getting desperate here ...

Thanks GaryB. I will try and source one today. If not then it’s down to the local electronics shop to find an edge connector that fits. Do you know how the connections map? I presume that each gold terminal simply connects to the same terminal position on the other card.

Thanks for the reply. I've just found the page that refers to the S/TDM connection in the manual. It says the cable is supplied with the cards but I never received one with my Luna or Pulsar. I guess my retailer must sell them. That means I'll have to wait until Tuesday to buy one. There goes my ...

I have just purchased a Pulsar XTC to go with my Luna to get extra DSP power. It has created two problems:

1)When the scope platform is launched I get the message, "The capacity of your card has been reached. The specific cause is DSP Overload. Big modules do not fit" I cant understand this ...
