SCinsert

InsertFx slots go straight to a dynamic module (comp, gate or expander), finally (if wanted) to other inserts.
Sidechain signal can be same as input, or an external device.

Re: DAWmixers

of course it's possible, but that would require hours of work.
but maybe you can already use the device as-it-is:
- maybe it's ok to use the busses (in addition to aux)
- all aux & busses have external outputs, maybe you can use these

Re: New Roy's devices ?!

Thanks! Meanwhile I debugged (delaytime  ) and upgraded the DelaySRU device into version v3. http://www.cwmodular.org/pics/DelayLS-SRUv3+.png It now has additional input filters and a compressor, which makes it a ducking delay! Soundcloud demo1 Soundcloud demo2 Download DelaySRUv3 here

Re: New Roy's devices ?!

JoPo, thanks for introducing my new devices. 8) I was indeed on vacation - Carinthia / Austria. Very nice place! http://www.cwmodular.org/pics3/DSC01375R.jpg And yes, I was too busy before vacation to make a post here on P. Regarding Clonk, I've made a quick update which IMHO works way better: Clonk...

Re: pci weakness on Asus B85plus

nope. I've relocated grafic card and Pulsar2, but still only 11 masterverbs. maybe I should move the Scope cart so it will seat directly beside the Pulsar2? now its (empty PciEx1 slot) -grafic card- (empty PciEx1slot) -Scope- (empty PCIslot) -Pulsar2- (empty Pci slot) (new place for Scope card?)< on...

now that you're saying it..of course: AGP was the next level after Isa. I once had a Matrox Millenium with Agp, 10 years ago or so. Sorry Nvidia GT 520 for calling you an AGP card  I didn't even realize that the golden slot is also suitable for the grafic card. I'll install it on the yel...

the Agp is in the middle (marked green), PulsarII is above it, Scope is underneath it.
I get 11 Masterverbs before getting the pci overflow message.
EIST is turned off.

pci weakness on Asus B85plus

I recently exchanged my Intel 1156 mobo for an Asus B85plus one (1150 socket). I didn't reinstall Windows but used Paragon Adaptive Restore which worked out surprisingly well. Nevertheless I didn't get any benefit regarding pci performance, au contraire - I'm getting pci overflow on projects which w...

Re: DAWmix24+DAWmix32

hi Spielraum! -for xfading between busses you could use the bus outputs of the mixer -> Fooxer or Modular -preset morphing is something which involves quite a lot of programming. it's ok for only a few parameters like in Harmonia but is out of my budget for a 32 channel mixer with 5 controls per cha...

sorry I forgot to delete some presets made with development versions of cwmSynthi2.
they are located in the 'ExternalSignal' folder - please don't use them / delete them as some errors will show up.

for sure not on 64bit.
in 1999 STS samplers hadn't been included in every Scope software package so with these devices guys had a chance to play samples w/o having to buy extra software.
p.s. doesn't work on Scope 5.x

Re: DAWmix24+DAWmix32

yayajohn sorry to hear that it crashed on your 64bit xite.
I've made a 32 channel version with some circuit rework.
after all, 24 channels are a bit lame
