Hey guys,

I connected the optical SP-DIF output of my A&H Xone 2D to the ADAT 1 input of my Pulsar II card, via toslink. However, no signal comes in.. anyone an idea of what is going wrong?

Yeah, I tried that. I will reinstall XP and Scope and see if that works. I will do a search here about IRQ sharing/conflicts, didn't know that. Thanks for so far.

When I plunged it open, i saw that the fan was jammed. And it was jammed because having it mounted for years and years in my 19" rack has caused the mounting plates to bend, and together with that, also a bit of the side.

so I guess i have to install a new fan too :-)

Yeah, dual boot rocks. i tried it. It gives a relaxed feeling of being able to fool around without having the risk to screw up the precious audio setup. Thanks dudes!!

Is it really necessary to install WinXP 2 times? I have 2 different HD's so it IS a possibility, but i find it a waste of space to do so.
What ecactly is the disadvantage of just using dual boot without having 2 installations?

Someone from Creamware tells me that CW also had ADAT expansion for Pulsar II once. I'm trying to get rid of one of these. Anyone..??

Second option would be adding another pulsar, but that would give me a lot of options i don't want but yet pay for. Same with Luna or SFP 4.0. Thanks so far, anyone ...
