Re: Xite setup - same computer as ScopePCI cards or not?
Hi
I have my Xite-1 working nicely. I decided to go for a clean install so removed the Pulsar cards and uninstalled the old Scope environment. Before doing this I cloned the C Drive so that if I get a new computer for Xite further down the line I can easily re-establish the Pulsar setup on the ...

Dynatube on Xite?
Hi
Is it possible to use my old Dynatube and Dynatube bass with Xite? I haven't tried adding them yet in case there are problems.
I know they are ancient devices but like all of Scope still valid and the bass module is particularly useful for monitoring through during recording as it has such low ...

Re: Xite setup - same computer as ScopePCI cards or not?
Lots of interesting options!
I'd never heard of Bidule - reading up about it now.
The Xite has finally just been shipped from Germany after a customs delay, so I should get it in a few days.

Thanks Lunaman
The separate computer for 64 bit plugins as Astroman describes is an interesting approach as well. I'm happy with Win7 64 for now though.

Re: Xite setup - same computer as ScopePCI cards or not?
Thanks sunmachine
I've got some VSTs that like 64bit, I know I could use JBridge or something but I keep things simple if I can. I use JBridge for old 32bit only apps in a 64bit environment and it wirks great for that.
I'll stick to Win7 until a SonicCore update comes along.

Re: Xite setup - same computer as ScopePCI cards or not?
One more question - the old chestnut Win10 64 or Win7 64?
With my Pulsar card setup I kept getting crashes to blue screen (Scope.sys issue) when trying the Asio drivers with my DAW, so I went back to Win7. Does this same issue exist with an Xite-1 I wonder?

Hi sunmachine - SAWStudio has a bit of a steep learning curve I suppose but it is well worth it IMO. I've used Bob Lentini's products vrtually since he started releasing them and I wouldn't want to change.
Best Regards

Re: Win 10 Scope 7 crash with SAWStudio64 Asio
Hi Loren
Thank you so much. I'll check these on my Win10 disk. But I have actually no problem with internet access with Win 10Pro. It's the OS that causes the crash with Scope and SAWStudio64 though.
Win 7 is where I struggled with internet access, finally achieved on my test disk but not yet on ...

Re: Win 10 Scope 7 crash with SAWStudio64 Asio
Well - finally I have solved it. I kept installing and reinstalling the network drivers until I had internet but no webpages. The I had to install another web browser to replace the obsolete bundled Windows Explorer. I used an offline download to install Firefox and voila.

Re: Win 10 Scope 7 crash with SAWStudio64 Asio
I put my old Windows 7 disk back in my laptop. And that doesn't connect to the internet either. With Windows 10 - works perfectly. So the same as the audio computer.
Maybe there is an issue with Windows 7 and our new internet provider.
But if I use the mobile hotspot on my phone - they won't ...

Confusing because I've tried both wired ethernet and wireless
This is the cmd prompt with only the ethernet adaptor enabled, no wi fi activated
The ethernet socket at the back of the computer shows solid green and flashing yellow
