what bothers me is that ralf entered this thread a few times, promising faster deliverys for a couple of users.
AND apparently delivered.

of course i'm not accusing those users, i'm just questioning CWA's way of handling their so called "transfer que".

on the other hand, if you're not using USB for anything else, connecting to com would give you the possibility to disable USB in bios. for better overall performance.

No, they are at different IDE´s, but I do have CD´s on both as well. don't put a cd-rom on the same IDE as a hard drive. when two units share an IDE the slowest unit "wins" so to speak, dragging down the speed for the faster unit. so make sure your hard drives share an IDE and your cd-rom...
