So the MusicMesse was in March...looking at the Creamware home page, I don't see any announcements about a version upgrade. Anyone know anything about their plans? I'm still (more than) interested to know whether there are going to be any improvements to XTC.

I've followed all of the steps in the GonZoft post (e.g. refreshing the plugin info) but I'm still getting timing problems similar to what Nizor seemed to be experiencing. Any more ideas?

yes it is my lack of understanding

i am recent convert from "hard" synths where presets are things that the keyboard comes with, and user patches are usually things you write yourself

sorry to waste everyone's time

...although i was clearly getting confused...since the "presets" forum clearly provides "new" patches i.e. ones that don't come out of the box, maybe a terminology thing

Can anyone point me to sites where I can download non-preset sounds for the standard synths that are included withe the Pulsar II card (e.g. U KNOW 007, Blue Synth, EZ Synth, EDS 8i)?
