if i have the new pc here...
how should i install windows ,pulsar and logic ??

pulsar card --->win XP--->pulsar driver--->sfp3.1--->logic

or

winXP --->pulsar card--->driver --->sfp3.1--->logic

or should i switch between logic and sfp3.1 ?

do i have to disable sound on board ?
and when ? before ...

i gived up.

My Cd property cannot be ticked for digital.
so..i take my Pulsar out off the machine then format c: ,re-install windows.

all cd work digitally again with sound on mainboard..but i dont think i will use pulsar on this system again...

looking to buy a whole new pc for pulsar only

and 3. answer is i can played it 4-5 times since i firstime used pulsar.

but now it still doesnt get any sound from audio CD but mp3 files can be played (it come to wave source1 <---not sure is it the same with audio CD here ...

ok...I tried everything :sad: still dosnt get any sound

as i said before my CD drive is fine ....first time i installed the Pulsar and SFP it can play AUDIO CD

but now it dosnt.

if the audio cd have to play in digital mode
I think i have some problems here coz when i click "digitally playback" in ...

I can play Mp3 files and all wave format files (*.wav)

but no CD audio
(it can not be played in digital mode like macapulus said) <---- ???

i don't understand about this digital mode ...
but when i first installed the card and software, it can be play while i didn't set any thing ...

after install Pulsar2 and its SFP 3.1, I can play a standard audio CD in my Cd-rom drive normally with windows media player but now, I can't here what media player is playing (it can be played but no sound)

So i just want to know how to check in the routing windows or do i have to do some settings ...

anyone have a hint where can i get it ? (web site)
or Can anyone sell them for special price ?
( I will buy a lot)

another fact is

my workplace use mac and logic 4.8.
When i bring my pc files to use with mac
it take times to get all those wave format works.

I m going to get new pc for my pulsarII, since apple just release the new model of G4, they are back in my consideration.

which one should i go for ? (or pc instead ?)

old model 933 has super drive (dvd-r)

new model dual 867 has combo drive cd-rw + dvd rom and DDR ram system

the 933 is about ...

what is sfp ?

and How about all VST plug-ins ???
its all use DSP power ?

If i have top pentium4 with a very good system, how can i share some work load from the DSP to my CPU

may be 70% use DSP
30 % use CPU

money is not the problem. I just want to answer why i have to pay more for 15 dsp
